Olympic Games of London 2012!!

Apart from the rebuilding of a wide part of the East London, Jones Lang LaSalle announces that many new hotels will be built, mainly set up in the East End of London.
From the Strategic Consulting Dept. of Jones Lang LaSalle: "We calculate that London may take advantage by having won the competition for the Games. This fact will bring profits, which come from the urban rebuilding of residential districts in the East end of London, from the infrastructural network's improvements, from an improvement of the environmental develop, to a growth in the congressual and turistic field.
The Olympic Games of 2012 give the opportunity of a great economic, environmental and social success to London.
Long-term effects are ample and involve, directly or indirectly, buildings, restructurings, urban reconstructure and infrastructures. For the city, hosting Olympic Games means being a machine of projects for renewal and restructuring. 64% of calculated structures already exist nowadays or they're already under construction, and loans set for transports' projects , such as the extension of the metropilutan East London Line and the extension of the Docklands Light Railway, are a total of £ 17 billions.
The main backlash that the Olympic Games will bring on residential, commercial and tertiary trades of London will be the great opportunity given to the East London to become a new neighbour for the city. New structures, the Olympic Park and residential evolvements in the Lower Lea Valley area will have an abiding impact. The mix of sport, culture, Sanity, and Technology will create a new enquiry in the East London area."
Works for 4,4 billions Euro
Works for the Olympic Games of London 2012 have an estimated value of £ 3 billions. The main project is the "Olympic Park" to be constructed in Stratford, in the Eastern outskirt of the city, which will enclose the following structures:
